New for 2005 Cawker & Young Outfitting Ltd. and Nagjuit Bull Hunters from Arviat have formed a partnership to provide sport hunting for Barren Ground Caribou on Ennadai Lake and the Kazan River in Canada's Nunavut Territory.

Never before has there been any sport hunting in this area. With an outfitting area of close to 6000 sq. miles, (see maps) the experience and knowledge of our local guides, our world-class facilities, and our equipment, we provide one of the most exclusive hunts offered today in the Nunavut Territory.

Our outfitting area (see maps) includes both the tree-line and the barren ground which will allow us to provide hunting for other species like Arctic Wolf, Wolverine, Black Bear and Nunavut's famous upland bird, Ptarmigan. Your hunting will be by boat or foot, and take you from timber esker country to rolling barren lands. The lodge is situated on the tree-line at the south end of Ennadai Lake which lies in the migratory range of the Beverly and Qamanirjuaq Caribou herds. These herds have an estimated population of 650,000 to 750,000 animals.
